Allan did an excellent job cleaning a deck that was in very bad shape from a tenant. It was covered in green mold and dirt. After Allan's meticulous cleaning it looks brand new. He also did a nice job on the siding. He was able to quickly accommodate me on a rare warm day in early February.

We found Color Applicators via a sign hung on our door. His company was doing a painting job in our neighborhood. We heard positive results via our HOA so we decided to consider him along with two other companies. Mr. Ramirez was the only one to arrive personally to view the job site. As his slogan said, all we had to do was go to a local Benjamin Moore store and pick out the color and his company did the rest. Any Benjamin Moore color was accepted. We picked a color from their Williamsburg collection fully expecting an upcharge, but there was none!
Mr. Ramirez came to perform the painting and completed the bathroom in a day. It looks outstanding. The mantel was completed in a couple of hours the following day and it was an equally great job.
Would hire again for future work. Highly recommend if you're looking for an all-in-one painter with no hassle pricing and scheduling.

Always on time and  they took their time to ensure with the preparation which is very time-consuming.  Also, very courteous and professional.
