The r, John Chamberlain began his career in the air conditioning and heating field in 1978. His vast experience combined with his extensive education encompasses all facets of residential and commercial applications. Chamberlain is great! They were referred to me by a friend and came out to inspect our system before we bought our current home which was built in 2003. The HVAC was doing ok at the time but 2 months after we moved in conked out 3 times in the heat of the summer. Chamberlain was there right away to fix it and always explained the reasons why. John also told us during our fall service that given the problems we'd had over the summer and his inspection of the systems, that the builder grade HVAC that was installed wasn't the right size or powerful enough to adequately push the air through the duct work. We knew we were going to have to replace it come this spring but they never pushed - just gave us information and guidance. We interviewed multiple companies this spring to replace both units and many pushed top of the line - Train, etc - and costs were between 16 - 18k. Chamberlain never pushed us to go top of the line and gave us options that were above average yet reasonable given that we had two zones.. John and his son were punctual, always friendly and courteous, clean and got the job done in 4 days for a total of $14,000. We have a service contract with them and they are always there the same day we call with any issues. We've never had to wait more than a few hours for them to come out.

Noted in the industry: After wrestling for years with a problematic split system which finally died, I was very concerned about the quality of the install of a replacement. So, I asked a major HVAC system distributor for a recommendation ...someone who was experienced, honest and would get it right the first time. Chamberlain Services came up as the right company for me. And they proved why!
Easy contractor to work with: All communication was professional, clear and immediate. They were punctual, courteous clean, and quick. All my many questions were answered quickly and included enough background for me to make decisions, such as on a thermostat. They showed a wealth of experience and were customer oriented.
Honest: All pricing commitments remained consistent between verbal agreements and written documents. They took great care to ensure I'd get the longest life out of the system, which operates great.
Will hire again: Chamberlain Services will get the job when my twenty year old downstairs unit starts to fail.
The installation went very well. They even rejected components that were delivered slightly dented. I felt that he was looking out for me.
