About us

Excelling in the restoration and repair of vinyl, leather, plastics, and fabrics, Capitol Leather was built to lead the industry concerning the detailed techniques of interior repair. Through the implementation of a unique training program, our team neglects the “cookie cutter” advancement methods that most other companies continue to utilize – we only produce individuals who master and enjoy their craft. Our experienced technicians pass through an intensive hands-on process that consists of several phases wherein those who are not motivated, engaged, and passionate about the industry are quickly weeded out, thus retaining the select few who possess a love for their work. After completing several detailed classroom studies, all of our technicians hone their skills through a lengthy field training period – they do not graduate from training until they are confident, skilled, and 100% ready to begin as a full time Capitol Leather Interior Technician. After training is complete, each technician is required to attend progressive skill seminars in order to maintain/improve their skill set. In this industry, adaptation and education never ends.
