Brigitte and Tom are excellent vendors.  The shades were actually installed several years ago and they still honored the guarantee with no charge.   They are friendly, professional and punctual.  I could not ask for a better experience.

Brigitte is an artist with a needle and sewing machine.  I have never seen anything to compare with the valances she made for me - they are so beautiful that I nearly cried when they were installed - I do not exaggerate.  While her services are not inexpensive, the finished products are well worth the cost.  Plus she is a delight to work with - calm, personable, and understanding.  She took time with me during each visit to go through her portfolio so that I could see and decide on the particular styles that appeal to me.  She also made a point of telling me that she and her husband stand behind their work and will remain on call to me should any issues arise.  My whole experience with Brigitte has been so positive, and I will definitely use Brigitte's services again.  I only wish I could give her an A+ grade as the her workmanship is unmatched. 

It went very well.  The service was delivered on time and as promised.  Approximately 3 times since the shades were installed 4 years ago, i have had 3 small plastic  parts break.  The owner came immediately to fix and replace the parts at no charge to me.
