Blue Ridge performed winterizing the system fairly well.  However, when it came to restarting the system in Spring 2013 Blue Ridge never called to restart the system.  I made at least three phone calls and left messages and never got a return phone call.  On or about the fourth try got hold of a person and scheduled the technician to come out and restart the system.  Technician came out and wanted to charge for restarting the system.  My son who was home called me at work explaining what the technician said.  I had my son tell the technician to call his front office as the service had already been paid.  Technician called the front office and confirmed that the service had already been paid. 
The day technician arrived it was raining and he advised my son that it would be better to wait to restart the system until a dry day.  His rationale was based on needing to check to see if the system was leaking which he could not do with the ground wet.  He told my son he would call to reschedule.  We are still waiting for the call.
Gave up on Blue Ridge and had the system restarted by another company.  I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Renni was great he was the sales rep System installed without a hitch After installation Renni came checked everything out explained everything and wow so nice and east to use no more dragging hoses. He was great and so was the work.

They gave us a terrible experience.  Although the tech would promise a call back, we never received one.  I had to keep calling customer service, and they never sent someone who could diagnose and fix the problem, let alone give us an estimate.  The final straw was the 3rd visit by a very junior technician, who could not exactly say what the fix would be, but who told us it would cost at least $500 to fix the problem, and maybe more.  They just aren't interested in earning loyal customers.

Two weeks ago, I called Blue Ridge, requested a scheduling of the Spring service, and was told they would email the date/time. To date, no response. The following week, I called and left a message. Again, no response. Last week, I intercepted a pair of Blue Ridge employees who were servicing my neighbor's system, and asked them to start and check my system, too. One employee (a trainee?) didn't know how to turn-on the system. The other employee claimed my system was non-functional because it needed two control valves replaced at a cost of $275. He stated my neighbor had the same problem. Trusting the professionalism of that Blue Ridge service person, we agreed that he would have the Blue Ridge office call and schedule the service. To date, no call. The next day, I observed my neighbor's lawn sprinklers functioning. So, I asked him about the alleged "bad valves." He denied being told of any such problem. Being curious, I activated my lawn irrigation system to identify the alleged faults. The system works perfectly. Subsequently, having lost all trust in the professionalism of Blue Ridge Industries, I have "fired" them.

Excellent process! Rany Sellam was excellent at describing the system and making the choice of his company for the sprinkler system installation easy. His price was considerably lower than other companies. The date for installation was set, and his crew was here on time and ready to work! They toiled mightily through the root-infested lawn on the hottest day of the year. (hint: if you want a Silver Maple tree in your lawn, look for a different species!) They did an excellent job and I am 100% satisfied with the company and the system.
When the work was done, the crew left the lawn and flowerbeds clean of debris. Great Job!
