They always gives us points so we are basically getting free oil changes. They are great! You can put your keys in early if they are not there and they get there very early. You can put your keys in a very safe box. You put a little tag on to tell them who's it is. I liked that they gave us a heads up that we may need some work on the brakes soon. I liked that they were up to date and on top of things. We could either take it in then or wait for it to break down. The punctuality is a little slow because they want you to talk to the mechanics and sometimes they are working on another car.

I think they got it exactly right and it has been fine since. The diagnosis was right on and the ultimate charges were completely in line actually of a hair under the estimate. I recommend them. It worked out perfectly. It went precisely as expected and promised.
