Locked keys in the car. Called them up. Didn't have anyone right in my area. Couple hours later, the tech called. He arrived in 20 minutes. Assessed the car, tried two different tools which were ineffective. His third tool had it open in about 2 minutes. Tech had 29 years experience and it showed. Very careful about damaging vehicle finish. Great job.

Great - took box in and left it about 3 days later went back and picked up box and key. Technician was very knowledgeable as well as pleasant.

We had called another company and we didn't know it but they were just a distribution company. They sent someone that we told to leave but on their way off they broke a piece on the lock on the front door. Baldino's replaced the original lock and also fixed the front door for free because they were appalled at what the other guy had done. They did a great job for us when we needed it. My husband just called them again for additional work.

Cars require a very exact key. He was knowledgeable and helped determine if my set of keys needed a microchip. It did not, which saved me money. I also saved money by going to Baldino's instead of the car dealership. He was very helpful and tried the keys out, making adjustments to make sure they worked right.
