"The homeowner's cabinets have been replaced with dovetail. The house was contracted and constructed in 2012-2013, and it wasn't until over a year later that dovetail drawers (outside the kitchen) were a standard or even available as an upgrade. So even though it was on the paperwork to our vendors, it was missed since it was never a standard in the vendor's scope of work. Please note that the builder of ANV has built approximately 1300 homes and about another 200 homes under the ANV name. Out of 1500 homes, an option here or there might get missed, if so we will correct it. The better business bureau's case was open and closed almost immediately. This is public record for anyone's review. In 2014, there was a contractual discussion over finances and how the remaining items were being paid for. There was also debate with the homeowner over the terms of the contract. The homeowner was living in the home during this time. At that point, we were trying to communicate with the homeowner to resolve the financial issues before we continued with his list. Eventually, we resolved the financial issue by refunding the client approximately $2080 (two thousand eighty dollars). We then fixed the 15 punch-out items in the homeowner's house. If any client wants to look at the 15 item list, we have it available. Outside of the dovetail instead of staples in the master bathroom drawers, all of the other items were a very quick fix."
"Dear Mr. [Member Name Removed], Thank you again, kindly, for your response. Even if some things are out of warranty, we will do our best to come fix the issue, even if its not our responsibility. Like if someone drives a golf ball through your bottom window sash, ANV will come fix it. If there is anything at all that we can help you with, you have our personal cell phone numbers, please call us, even though your home is almost 2 years out of some warranties. Thank you."
