They're very good. I've been using them for about 6 or 7 years. I'm a member, so I pay a monthly fee, and they come out every two weeks.

It was excellent. They come every quarter and they're actually coming today. If you need them in between they also come. If you ring them they'll show up. There's only one person that comes. He's very professional and he does whatever we ask.

The inspector (Casey) did a good job explaining the situation and methods of treating it. We need to deal with a crawl space moisture and ventilation problem before the termites can be dealt with adequately. The company declined to take on the job because of that and other issues regarding difficulties getting at and treating the infestation because of the way the house is constructed. Casey felt that they couldn't guarantee the job because of that. I appreciated the honesty. I would much rather have a company back away from a job rather than attempt something they felt they couldn't guarantee.

He is excellent! One thing I like about him is that he does the inside as well as the outside. The inside treatment is non toxic to humans or animals. He is courteous, and thorough, and I'll continue to use him in the future.

I got them through Angie's List. I like that I do not have to be here when they come. They always leave me a detailed evaluation of what they did and what they found in the yard. They are thorough and I have not had problems since they started working. I would use them in the future if I have to.

I would recommend them. They were very professional and very nice people. When I had the bees I wanted someone there right away and he was there the next day. They were very timely and if they call and say they are going to be there at a certain time, they will be there. If for any reason they are running behind they call and let you know that. Compared to the other company I called, their price is an A. I have not seen a spider in my house since he started spraying.

They charged $100 last time.

We had ants in the front rooms of our house. I called and got a price quote, which was less than what we have paid in the past for pest control. The technician came two days later at the scheduled time. Our choices were to have a one time spray, indoors and out, for $165 or a year long contract for $100/ qtr. Since ants have a tendency to return, we chose the year contract. That would allow us to call back at any time for no extra fees between quarterly sprays if needed. There was no pressure to sign a contract at all. I have been very satisfied with the job done. Only a few ants here and there, but nothing to call back for. The technician was very professional and friendly. So far I am very happy with this pest control company.

Fantastic! I can't recommend Casey highly enough! He is capable, prompt, and personable and really knows what he's talking about. I'd trust him in my house no questions. I can't think of a more lovely service provider. He was first recommended to me by a neighbor who has been using him for years after we had a terrible experience with a large national pest company (we'd been in our house for less than a year). Casey was kind enough to waive the initiation fee (since we'd already spent so much for no results with the national company) and he was able to come out and help us right away. He's always very conscientious of our pets and our furnishings. American Sentry's other employees have also always been a pleasure to deal with.

Kacey is very responsive to his customers needs. He shows a lot of attention to the care of your home. We have had to have them come out a time or two between services. They are very prompt, and there is no charge for the extra visit. I highly recommend this company to anyone. They are very impressive.
