I highly recommend using American Pest Control. Johnathon was VERY courteous & professional. He came back again to treat the inside of the studio basement Apt. because the tenant wasn't home and the landlord was at work. I also felt he was very reasonable price wise compared to others - "NO COMPARISON"

Always on-time and pleasant to work with. Dwayne is the best. Very knowledgeable and friendly service always. We will ask for him by name when we move into our new house. We appreciate the call ahead service to let us know he's on his way.

They came and sprayed for bugs, but we still after the treatment has small bugs. I am not happy with their service.

Typically, 1-time services do not come with a long-term guarantee, because all pest control materials break down over time and prevention begins with routine maintenance from the exterior. Daniel preformed an inspection of my house, identified and remedied problem areas where bugs are likely to get in. He then sprayed for bugs in my basement and exterior. Along each step, he describe what he was going to do and performed the services quickly, about one hour total. The initial appointment was $99. There is a 30-day follow up appointment and on that date, the quarterly treatments start at $115/visit.

We have a contract with GreenStar. Their price is neither high or nor low, comparable to other offerings. I think the price is average. Others have been offering the same service for the same price. They are here when they say they will be here. I think they are quite professional. Over time, they have been reliable, professional, and responsive.

We have been using greenstar for pest control maintenance past 6 years. We never had an issue with pest and they are prompt, professional and effective. There service includes 4 application per year. Highly recommend them.

Greenpest was quick to come, treated the outside of the house where the ants were entering, and baited the problem areas inside. With a day the ants were gone. I added the $89 bi-monthly treatment for ants and mosquitos. Highly recommend. The cost includes the discount for the initial treatment.

they sold me a bundled plan last week and I had an issue over the 4th of july weekend. I called and left a message and they sent someone out right away yesterday afternoon. Very impressed so far with responsiveness and they seem to really care about what they are doing. So far so good and we are working on the bug problem which isn't solved yet but is getting better.

They perform a quarterly Pest Control service for our yard and always call a few days ahead of their scheduled visit to note down our concerns related to pests we have seen. Their staff and the service technicians are very professional and perform a thorough job.

we had our initial pest control service and Harry, our tech, was wonderful. He was prompt, courteous, explained what he would be doing and did a thorough job. Their prices are very reasonable and I would definitely recommend Greenstar if you are looking for a pest control company.

Dwayne, our service tech, is extremely professional and genuinely interested in his profession. He's always attentive and willing to go the extra mile if needed. We're on the every other month plan with mosquito and tick package.
