After going back and listening to the call, it seems as if there was some confusion and we failed to make a few points before the conversation ended. Currently, we are only offering WDI (wood destroying insect) inspections to current customers where they will receive an official report. However, we do offer peace of mind termite and pest inspections as well as treatment to current and potential customers like you. Typically, 1-time services do not come with a long-term guarantee, because all pest control materials break down over time and prevention begins with routine maintenance from the exterior.
