"Sometimes when we meet with a customer, we discover that it isn't necessary for us to treat in order to solve a customers pest problem. In those situations, we provide customers with tips and knowledge necessary to solve the pest problem on their own. That's why you were not charged for this inspection and were given ideas to solve your pest issue. After going back and listening to the call, it seems as if there was some confusion and we failed to make a few points before the conversation ended. We apologize for the mix-up that we have caused and would like to take this opportunity to clarify and provide you with a proper explanation. Currently, we are only offering WDI (wood destroying insect) inspections to current customers where they will receive an official report. However, we do offer peace of mind termite and pest inspections as well as treatment to current and potential customers like you. We understand your frustration and apologize that we didn't properly explain the difference of these inspections initially. Since the 1-time promotional service was performed two years ago it would not be unusual to see pests around your home. Typically, 1-time services do not come with a long-term guarantee, because all pest control materials break down over time and prevention begins with routine maintenance from the exterior. We'd be happy to help you understand why pests continue to be a problem around your property."
