These guys are EXCELLENT.  From start to finish, the group, led by Erlyn Pavon, was amazing on every level.  I feel so lucky to have found them.  They were honest, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and reliable.  Although we only recently had the work done (so I can't speak to the quality of their work over time), this company was the first company I dealt with that seemed to know their product backwards and forwards.  They show up on time, they know and understand the permitting process in Montgomery County, they work hard, they are reasonably priced, and they deal with problems quickly and professionally as they come up.  We actually did run into a problem during the long process of contracting for and installing our generator -- the generator that had been shipped for our installation was damaged (and the damage discovered the day it was scheduled to be installed).  The company sprung into action -- immediately searching for a replacement generator from other generac dealers so as to avoid major delays to the installation.  They were able to continue a few days later and finish the project the same week.  This company is truly a standout when it comes to generators.  I recommend them unreservedly.
