They did it pretty fast and they did such a great job that we ended up buying like a package from them, which includes a free summer check up for the A/C and then also a free winter check up the heating unit this year actually.

Service was fine.

No cost due to service plan. There was a slight delay of a couple days before they could come out. They are prompt and clean.

AirServ improperly installed our condenser / air handler. They installed a 2.5 ton condenser with a 2 ton air handler. This is against code and a fire hazard, ultimately resulting in the early failure of the condenser. AirServ refused to take ownership of their faulty installation. They refused to replace the equipment or offer a discount !! They even refused to return the $125 service fee when we decided to go with a different company. DO NOT USE. They do not stand by their product or installations.

We have an on going contract with them. We went through a period when we were having problems with them. They are fine now. Their price is good. We had a period when they had somebody working for them who was always late and couldn't seem to solve the problem that we were having with one of our furnace. They got somebody out who fixed the problem and we haven't had a problem since and we have never seen him again. We never had a problem with them again and we react our contract once they got the problem fixed. My husband was extremely angry and he was never going to use them again.
