They are pretty responsive. They are very good. There were a couple of times that we had issues with our septic and they were able to very quickly and professionally do it. It's not an easy job. Now we just use them to clean the tank every several years. When we first moved in, we had a couple of issues. We were referred to them by our realtor, and then we just used them. They are not that expensive. It was just the sense of urgency when we had an issue with the septic the first time and they were here that day. It's like these smaller companies that are local for whatever reason when it's an emergency, I am not hanging. I never felt like I have to keep hunting for someone else. They came, they were clean, and they had light suits. I wouldn't expect it considering the work that they do.
