A1 Dumpster Rental

This is a horrible company. I have owned multiple businesses for over ten years and I am amazed how horrible the customer service is. DO NOT USE THEM. I hired A-1 to provide dumpsters at my home when I moved out. The staff was horrible to work with. They arrive late, if you don't schedule a pick up four days before you will be stuck with a dumpster for days in front of your home. The staff says things like " Its really hard to find good staff on the weekends you know how people are". Watch out for the contract it is set up to trap you into multiple charges. The people who work the phones have no idea what's going on and put you on hold multiple times. I used them at the beginning of the month and they are still charging me weekly and the dumpsters have been removed for quite some time. I woke up this morning after surgery and saw I was charged another $645 after I received my final bill over a week ago. While I was on the phone discussing with them my fraudulent charges they ran my card for yet another $645.00 and hung up on me when I called back asking why I hadn't been billed. I also wanted to know why the Woman who I was talking to on the phone who was aware how upset I was and also that I'm in a hospital bed dealing with this did not mention that she was charging my card yet again for another bogus charge while we were speaking. They even contacted the owner who emailed me saying that his employees told him I just confirmed that he could charge my account which is a lie. At the same time I was on the phone talking to a Woman who told me that she was just told that the owner had called me which is also not true. Do not give them your card info they will keep it on file and you will get charged up to $2,000 a week. Every time you call they say that a different office is handling your contract and that they can't help you because they don't know what happens in their other office. They also said that every time i called I verbally extended my contract. Even when I called to confirm my address they consider it extending my contract even though I was never asked. Tomorrow I have to check myself out the hospital to go to the bank and dispute these charges. I have also hired a lawyer. Please contact me if you have similar stories so I can add you to my claim. I am beyond upset and disappointed that I used such a horrible company.
