I had a service contract with them. They were wonderful and did a wonderful job. When my mom had cancer and she was in the hospital and at home I was there to take care of the house. Something was going on it was really hot weather and I called them and they came out immediately when I told them the circumstances I've never used them before from then on I have been using them for 20 years and I was very satisfied.

Very well. Quick service and they cleaned up the area like they were never there.

We have used them for a very long time. We have had good luck with them. They could probably be a little bit more professional. We are happy with them, I really don’t have any complaints. I think their price is very fair. I would use them again.

It has been one month; so far, so good. The whole team behaved in a professional manner, and I had the system up and running in one day.

They installed it in the house when it was built and they do all the maintenance on it. It might have been $49.95 per machine and we have two. So it would have been double that. They're very good at what they do. The workers clean up their job area.

The technician researched the whole house humidifier to see if it would fit and perform on the heat pump system which was installed in 2010.  He also came to look at my heat pump system to ensure the installation was feasible.  The technicians were punctual, cleaned up, and showed me how to operate the humidifier.  I was very pleased with the customer service and how the installation was planned so as to provide me with a product that would function well.

We have had a contract with A Advantage for several years.  We called at 9:30 am about our A/C not working and water coming out from underneath the furnace.  Isaac was here by 11 am and fixed the problem.  Their customer service is great and their technicians are top notch.  Have been recommending them to friends needing Heating and A/C service. 

It went great.  My system is 20 years old and still functioning.  I was going to use A Advantage a few years ago to replace the entire HVAC system but had to put off the upgrade due to other matters.

The technician arrived as scheduled and performed the inspection. No issues were found and a written report was provided to us.

Tom quinn and his staff were very professional and provide excellent service. He was responsive to any and all questions I had concerning the ductless system and product capacity. The installation of the two indoor units and outdoor unit occurred over a period of three days. Staff was courteous and answered all questions I had to explain the installation process, how lines were run and how the system works. I would recommend this company to anyone to utilize for HVAC needs.

They are a great service provider and have been very responsive to all my needs.

I have used A Advantage for many years and have always had very good service.

We have had annual A/C and Heating inspections and services from A Advantage since 2003, when they initially installed new A/C (in June 2003) and new heating (in October 2003) units at our residence. We have had need of minor repairs during this time under warranty. Their services and technicians have been consistently prompt, thorough and very professional. They are very good with documenting the work they perform.
We are currently working with an issue with the renewal of the extended warranties for the A/C and Heating units. We're hoping that they will advocate a reasonable solution with us with their warranty provider.

Efficient, but could not provide desired brand equipment.
