A-1 Flood Tech

The work was done quickly and professionally.

Due to the recent rains (last one 10/13/2011) a section of our basement became full of water.  I was referred to Tom at A-1 Floodtech by our plumber.  Two hours after my call,  Manager Tom and his team lead by Rudy showed up at my house and began extracting the water.  They were professional, polite, and paid extra attention to cleanliness.  It took several hours to extract all of the water and to set up a temporary sump pump system, dehumidifier, and fans to ensure that the space is dry and prepared for our contractor to come and install a permanent sump/drain system.  I put NA for the price because I don't know the price yet as the work has not been completed.  I was initially quoted between $600-$800, however there was additional remedial work required.
