I was on the "receiving end" of an inspection conducted by James Funkhouser. I have seen many inspection reports throughout my life and was astounded by the detail of what he found and reported. I have not seen such a great inspection ever. No wonder he is so popular with selling real estate agents. That was in the summer of 2016. Now, in the summer of 2018, we are considering the sale of our home and wanted to get ahead of the game and decided to contract our own inspection so that we might resolve the issues long before putting the house on the market. Who else would I call, now, as a seller, but the same inspector that did such a great job for the person who bought the condo we sold. We were, again, impressed by what he found. The detail of his report and all that led up to it were astounding. If we were buying a home, we simply wouldn't want to do it without James Funkhouser and Inspective Home Inspection Services.
