Description of Work: My husband and I just purchased a house. Well the people who we bought it from were not native English speakers and they decided when we had them do work to fix leaks in their house to hire someone who spoke their language. Long story short we finally moved in March and found that none of our hoses worked and when I called to get the handyman back to correct it properly the guy in broken English said yes he knew where we lived and then never showed up. Called again and he said he was on the other line and he didn't come last time cause he doesn't have a car. Annoying that I can barely understand him and that he is clearly the only person working there. I need this fixed so I can water my plants and in general need to make sure this isn't more serious than just not working. I am so p***** also because I know I am going to have to pay for this and it is going to be more than $550 dollars to fix both hose bibs. I am starting to worry that this guy who fixed our electrical box might have not done that right. So annoyed that people like this are allowed to work when they do not do the job right.
