I was given a good estimate for the work I need. I asked about financing option received no follow-up. Contacted office for follow-up, no response from estimator. After gathering money for a downpayment for the work. I contacted them again for the information. One operator was informed and had my information at hand (impressively). While their finance agent was completely unprepared with my basic info and estimate. Asking me to provide them with this. After searching my records I asked them to call me back shortly. They failed to do so. So I terminated prospects of using them via email. They responded with childish false accusations and verbal warnings of slander. I professionally replied with no response. This was my experience with them. NO work was performed or Funds exchanged THANKFULLY. Maybe they will treat you with respect but this is not what I received. I gave them chances because the estimate was great. In my opinion, I doubt the work would have been to parr based on office treatment. You get what you pay for.
