When our A/C system quit cooling downstairs, Osborne AC came out and very shortly found the issue. We definitely needed a new unit as ours was over 26 years old, would not hold a charge and inefficiently cooling. They found a system available which would give us back a nice rebate and came back within a few days to do the work. They got the job done in one day and had it cooled nicely - This one is high performance very efficient and cools great.
