Gregg came out on a Monday and diagnosed the problem. He is very knowledgeable, and shared his experience on the reliability of multiple lines of appliances. He is very professional and well spoken. He had to order the new circuit board from a warehouse in upstate New York, and this took 3 days to arrive at his business outside of Madsion Va. As soon as the part arrived, he was at out place the same day to install. Couldn't be happier with the overall level of service and punctuality. Only downside was the cost of the part ($199), but this is beyond the control of the repair man.
