The gentlemen in the parts department was very rude. 2 tries to get the right part.

They did great work on the engine of my truck. They are excellent and just great people. They treat you like you are gold.

I was told to bring my vehicle for inspection at 10:00a.m. I arrived on time, checked in, and then went and sat in the waiting room.

I've taken my vehicles to get inspected before so I knew it only took about 20, 30 min. tops, so after an hour of waiting, I went to see what was taking so long. When I walked up to the receiving window/counter, which is outside on the port, I saw my vehicle sitting there and said and quot; Oh good, it's doneand quot; I was then told and quot; No, it's not done, they haven't gotten to it yetand quot;. I then had to wait another 30 min. Total time for a 20 min. service, 1 hour and 30 min.

I am in customer service myself, and I know that if a customer is waiting and you know it's going to be awhile, you go and tell them this, not leave them setting for an hour, only for them to have to approach you and find out what's going on.

Bad customer serive with the front desk, at the service center I thought. However the mechanics were very nice and appologetic.

We deal with Tim Dyer. We trust them which is huge in a car dealership. We trust them to give us a good car at a good price. 3 have been used cars and two have been new cars. The prices are very reasonable. The service department is fabulous. They are very clean and professional. They will give you a loner car if they can. They really know what they are talking about. I trust them, to not say that I need something when I don't.
