Owner is very knowledgeable, installers were great and very professional. Highly recommended.

Checked out my HVAC. They have done work in the past and it was great. Really appreciated the work and effort to get it right. This time though the person I got, wasn't as professional and sort of told me that what my system did was as good as it was going to get. I had already got another opinion and they said the coolant pipe was sized wrong for the distance traveled. I asked the Ductrite guy about ti and he said it was fine. Well either the whole system is underpowered or he is wrong.so I give it a good over all based on past work, but lately I have heard they have gotten rid of all the great guys they had. Not sure why but it may be they were paying too much? No idea, but they used to be okay. lately it has been a and quot;cand quot; rating rather than the As they had before.

The overall service went well; however, we asked for an estimate to install a new thermostat and ti took us a while to receive this estimate since the company had to mail it out and would not give it to us over the phone. They were very difficult to get a hold of and we ended up just purchasing the thermostat online and install our selves since we could not get one to call us back to schedule the install.

For the overall maintenance they were running a special for this service of $90 but still send us an invoice for the full amount of the service $132.50

Because of a mis-communication, they showed up a day early. That was great! The team of three worked together, removing the old heat pump and installing the new one. They did so in a fast and efficient manner on a very hot day. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves, both outside and in the crawl space.
The owner came by several days later to look at the install, and I pointed out a couple of things. By days end, those issues had been corrected.
A couple of weeks later, I had an additional question, and called and left a message. However, that phone call was not returned.

They were referred to us by Element Construction, and they were excellent in everything. They were extraordinarily good, because it took a little bit of adjusting to get it right, and they had to come back a couple of times to adjust the dampers until it was absolutely right, the way we wanted it. They didn't charge extra for the adjustments, it was all part of the original contract. They really worked hard to make sure the customer was happy with the finished product. I would refer their services to anyone.

I last used duct rite Mechanical to adjust the venting in a bathroom. They installed a new duct, and additional dampers. I was extremely pleased with their service, especially when they came back twice to adjust the dampers with out an additional charge. We were very impressed with their services, was will definitely use them again.
