They repaired rotted plywood where the leak was and repaired the EPDM with a patch.

If I could give these folks an A+, I would. The excellent customer service began with the estimate, then with choosing what kind of roofing to install, to the installation. Partway through the roof installation, we decided to add gutters and downspouts, and it was no problem for them. Lynch specializes in tile, slate, metal, and copper roofing, and they only do copper gutters. I wish I had known about them 2 years ago when we replaced our copper gutters using another company and got a poor job out of it. The metal roof they installed is perfect, as are the gutters. Here's an example of their craftsmanship: The building is square with a shed off to the side. When they attached the shed to the building, they didn't just nail it on-they used 2 pieces so that the bottom piece could move a bit and not pop out the rivets (like a floating panel in a wooden door). They knew we were going to do some work on the shed, and came up with this idea on their own.
The craftsmanship was top-notch, all the crews who were here were very professional, and then didn't bring the boom box and let it rip! We requested that they leave up their scaffolds for a few days so we could do some sanding, and they did. I could not be happier. You're simply wasting your time if you have any other company do speciality roof work.
