When I called, response was prompt and friendly, and I was told that the specialist would get in touch with me.  Later that afternoon the specialist called, and we made arrangements for him to come this morning.  He arrived at 9:45, after scheduling for 8:30, but it turns out he had 2 visits before mine.  He was quick, professional, explained what he needed to do and what it would cost, and got to work.  He took about 45 minutes from start to stop, and we talked about how long it might take for the chemicals to fully take affect, and let me know that there was a 30 day warranty, but if there were still signs in 48 hours, to call and he would come back.  He also offered me a quarterly maintenance plan to cover my house (inside and out) and property, which, for the time being, I have declined.

We just purchased this home and learned that it had a problem with ants coming into the kitchen. I called three companies I found here on Angie's List. One said it would cost $165-175 for them to come out. Another quoted $150. We went with this company because they quoted $105 as a one time treatment. There was another option that would have been $90 or $95 (can't remember) quarterly for a service plan. We went with the one-time treatment so we could determine over time what kind of services we may need.
The exterminator arrived exactly on time and I found him to be very clean, professional, and personable. He located the location outside where the ants were coming from and treated that area as well as all around the house and in the kitchen. Within two hours, there were no more ants on my kitchen counter. I haven't seen one since. He did tell me I may need another treatment next month, but that one will only be $45. I will definitely continue using this company.

I called this company and was warmly greeted, was told I would receive a call back to set up a time for a home visit. We were called within a few hours and Jimmy came when he said he would. The company's policies and pricing were explained for the services we required. The process was completed quickly and professionally. Very happy with the service so far. It remains to be seen if our particular problem will be solved completely but I fully expect it will.

I called this morning and Chris was here this afternoon. I couldn't be happier. Took bed apart and examined it carefully. Prompt, polite, knowledgeable. Will have him back next week to spray to prevent any future problems!

I had estimates done from three different companies, and I went with Specialty because I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the man who came to do my estimate. When I told him that another company had given me a better estimate, he was happy to negotiate with me. The three gentlemen who actually did the treatment were equally friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have the utmost confidence that they did the best job possible to exterminate the termites.

They were excellent and there was no problem with them at all. They were always on time, very professional, and personable.

Representative was punctual, courteous, informative and very professional.

We have a contract with Specialty Exterminating since they had come out and did a whole treatment on the house. Our price keeps our warranty in effect. I would give them an A. They are very personable, knowledgeable about what they are doing, you can ask them questions and talk with them, they explain things, and they come when they say they are going to come. We haven't had any problems with them. They do a good job. We are real pleased with them.

They're very reliable, and they're very reasonable in price. They are good at what they do. They can also do termite work as well.

I live on a mountain top and they are the one closest to me. Other people up here on the mountain top also use them and that's how I found out about them. They have provided excellent service. They call before they come out to remind me. The people that work for them are very nice. I'm very comfortable with them when they come into the house. I can't compare their pricing is with other companies. They are wonderful people to work with. They don't push me to do more and more stuff in my house, they just to do whatever I want. I have been totally pleased with them. I would continue using them in the future.

They are dependable and punctual. The exterminator calls the night before to make sure we're going to be there the next day. The guy who comes out is interesting to talk to and he tells war stories while he does his job.

The man came out at the appointed time, and the problem was solved within two applications. Our original appointment was 8:00 a.m. He doesn't always make it by then, which is sometimes inconvenient.
I initially had to sign up for a 1 year contract and he came once per month. Now I can skip winter months if I want. He calls every month to let me know that he'll be there. Overall, I'm happy with the service - especially this fall when I didn't have any stinkbugs in the house. One of my dogs is allergic to flea bites, so this service is important. The price hasn't gone up in the past 2 years, and I think it is very reasonable.

As a matter of fact, I liked the exterminator so much that I hired him to do my mother-in-law's condo and a storage unit. It was $40 for the house, $40 for the condo and $15 for the storage unit. I was really pleased. The guy was very prompt and very efficient. I didn't find any bugs. He did my attic and the outside of my house because I really can't have chemicals on my main floor. I had ant problems. My husband had tried to get rid of the ants for 4 years and they just kept coming back. I opened up my pantry one day and there were too many ants. So, I decided that it was time to get a professional. Then I called Specialty Exterminating. I had used their services years ago. They sent a young guy named Chris out and I haven't had an ant in my house since then. The ants were about to carry my kitchen and my bathroom away. I went straight back to them since they had done such a good job for me before. I would highly recommend them to anybody. My mother-in-law had big spiders in her ground floor condo and Chris has done a really good job of keeping them under control.
