No problem with the unit they installed. They had to make several trips to finally solve the issue, but now don't bother to return calls at all. I would have used them again if they would bother to call back. Instead, I just leave messages that go unanswered. I'm going to have to find someone else to provide service at this point.

The service is prompt and the technician is honest. The prices are fair.

We have used them several times before we had Angie's List, and we use them probably once a month. We started to go with someone else. We actually invited them to come out to do an estimate on finishing out some work for us, and putting in a new heat pump, and they actually never showed up. They did not give our quotes. They made two separate appointments. I called two separate times, but they never came back. Also, they would not hold up the appointments for the estimate on the duct work because they did not want to do it. If they never enjoyed about other things, they could just tell that they are not interested in expanding our duct work for whatever reason. They would not be my first choice, if I ever I needed some works done.

They were very friendly and professional. They did what they said they would do. They cleaned up after themselves. Follow up service calls were handled promptly. They seemed very trustworthy.
