Jack's Ladder

Jack and his team did a great job. After leaving a sample board from which to choose a nice high-quality shingle, he wrote up a contract giving us a price for reshingling; repairs would be charged on a time and materials basis. Once the old materials were stripped off, he showed us where repairs were needed and even took photos for us. He communicated repair costs as he came across them (the cost turned out to be very reasonable). Jack made sure that his team was productive and did the work properly. If the schedule was going to change due to weather, he let us know. The team was punctual, keeping the same hours every day so we knew what to expect for the multiple days it took to complete the job. If weather impacted the schedule, Jack would let us know. The completed roof looks great, and we could not be more satisfied!

Replaced shingles and re-flashed chimney and repair 8 inch hole/gap where the wood had rotted.
