The appointment went smoothly and the technician fixed the electric coil burners and made some suggestions on how to prolong the life of the connectors they fit into.

After calling another highly rated appliance repair service, waiting for two days, and then being told it would take a week to get there, I called Timberlake Appliance about 10 am on a Friday to look at a fridge in a rental property. They were out there the same afternoon. The guy (very nice) called to tell me there was a leak and even if I repaired the leak (which would be over $400), I would need a new door gasket ($100) within a year. We both quickly agreed I needed to just replace the fridge. I appreciated his quick assessment and honesty. Will definitely use them from now on!
