Thomas was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to come very quickly and arrived even sooner than promised. He tightened a loose part, and then replaced a part to completely fix my leaky faucet. Then I remembered the drain was slow, and he willingly cleaned that out for no extra charge. Plus, he changed the timer on the hot water to work according to my preferences. He even explained to me how it worked!

I have nothing but praise for Sullivan Plumbing Express! This is the second time I've used them, and they are awesome.

We wanted to replace our old model toilet with a high efficiency model.  Sullivan recommended new model choices, removed the old toilet and installed the new one we selected in an existing tile floor bathroom.  We were concerned that our tiling might be damaged and were delighted with his attention to detail.  He was very careful around the toilet base to preserve the existing tiling.  The toilet looks great; we are pleased with the high efficiency model. Mr. Sullivan also cleaned out a slow basement drain and went the extra step of getting on the roof to assure the toilet vent stack was clear.  He was good about explaining possible causes of the backup and gave practical suggestions to keep the drain clear in the future.  We would hire Sullivan again as a first choice for home plumbing repair and replacement work.

Fine.  Sullivan is very professional, very competent in what they do.  The only comment I had was the expense of the services, especially with Job 2.  In the case of Job 2, the owner Mr. Sullivan was not available to help me with the problem at the time, and he was very accommodating in sending out another plumber who seemed to me to be very competent and conscientious.  One part of his job had to be delayed for Mr. Sullivan to address in a follow up visit: this was a matter of hooking up a gas hose to gas logs and the difficulty had to do in part with loose bricks in the chimney.   I think Sullivan is well worth the costs they charge if you can afford it.  My budget is perhaps a little tight to afford the services.  I wasn't able to complete Job 2 because of the expense required for the follow up visit.  As I mentioned, that's probably my problem with my limited budget for this plumbing job.

It was great.  They do a nice job.  It was a reasonable price.  They are local.  They are timely in returning calls and scheduling the service.

Thomas showed up promptly and explained everything in great detail.  He provided me with an estimate and started the work.  It took about 2.5 hours to finish the job.  He cleaned up after the job and gave me an estimate on a future job.  I strongly recommend him to anyone needing a plumber!

He had an attitude throughout the whole project.  He might have been having a bad day.  When he took the toilet out and it dropped and porcelain went everywhere.  He was here for an hour and a half and I thought it was very expensive.
