I was called by my next door condo owner to say that water was coming through our adjoining wall into her unit. I called Steam Way on the way to my condo and they met me there and immediately started to get the water up in both my unit and the neighbors. Since this happened around 4 pm Tom @ Steamway suggested that once the major extraction was completed they would leave the dryers to continue the drying process but return to tomorrow so that they would not have to charge the "afterhours" rate for any non emergency work. They worked hand in hand with the claims adjustor and I never had to get involved in the process. The entire project took about 2 1/2 weeks but there were 2 units and I asked that they take care of my elderly neighbor first so she would be least inconvienced. I would definetly suggest Steam Way to anyone who has a water claim.
