STEAMWAY CARPET & UPHOLSTERY

Although they initially had to reschedule the pickup, they arrived on time and were very professional. The rugs were returned when promised and appeared to be cleaned and very well taken care of. They were carefully wrapped in paper and tied/taped to keep them from being damaged during transport to and from us. We are very happy with the results and will definitely use them again, for in-home cleaning of our wall-to-wall carpets, as well.

Very friendly and very responsive.  I'm writing this review also based upon a prior experience that we had with Steamway.  We had a very thick shag area rug that we tried to clean ourselves and were never able to get all of the water out of the rug using rental type equipment.  It ended up getting mildewed.  We were about to discard the carpet, but thought we'd give Steamway a try.  We dropped it off to them (they also do pickups of area rugs) and a few days later the carpet was as good as new.  All of this for an incredibly fair price.
