the equipment messed up and let a big black spot on my white carpet and sent a technician in to shampoo it and made it wores and they will not take care of it and thair was not leak at that spot and why would the try and shampoo it if they know it was not thair equipment Hello Mrs. McCabe, I have spoken to my technicians that were out to your home as well as looked through the photos taken from your loss. It looks like there was already a stain in the carpet in the area where the equipment was setup which was directly under the area of the ceiling that was wet. As you know we have attempted to clean it but were unsuccessful in getting the stain out. At this point there is nothing else that we can do to get rid of the stain. Is it possible that the stain was caused by the roof leak? If you have any additional questions about this please let me know.
