When they came in they had some heavy tandem-wheeled trucks. To get to where they needed to go they backed into my neighbor’s yard and left some bad ruts in the yard. I called him about it the next day and he said he’d be out the next day to fix it. He never did. I called him three times and he never showed up so I fixed it myself. He was very unreliable and I wasn’t happy at all. He took care of my work but he didn’t take care of what he should have done. The job is more than taking off the tops of the trees, it’s also about cleaning up and he didn’t do a good job there either.
