Our living room and hallway had not been painted in at least 20 years. Also, there were several large and small running cracks throughout the walls and ceiling.
Several years ago Mr. Royall repaired the tile around our bathtub. My wife and I were so impressed with the outstanding quality of his work we decided to ask him to do the painting. We also asked Mr. Royall to see if he could repair the blinds that never seemed to work properly.
Mr. Royall gave us an estimate of $1,400 and told us it would take about a week to repair all the cracks and paint the walls and ceiling of our living room and hallway.
Mr. Royall took seven working days to complete the job. There were more cracks in need of repair than any of us realized, thus the additional time and cost, totally understandable and justified.
My wife and I are 100% satisfied and happy with the work done. We highly recommend Mr. Royall and will use him again for future home repair and painting projects.
