Poor quality installation of a supposedly good product.

They did an excellent job. I can't have rugs because of my illness. They brought their crew in here of about five or six. They are mainly Mexicans. They came in and did a good job. They only complaint I have on them is, I never even talk to them about it. There were parts of the floor that there little boarder, quarter round that goes around the floor. They go around the edge of the floor, it makes it look good, there was some of that they didn't put down. The satisfaction was the price. I thought is was going to be four thousand dollars to do it. When they came up with that figure I thought "Well man this is reasonable". When he said that I say "Just go for it". They came in and moved the furniture out to the Pod we also rented. They did a pure job except for the finally little tiny work at the end. I guess the crew just gave up and went home or something I don't know. I never went back so. I was kinda dissatisfied with that. I would have wanted the owner to come out,  he did come out in the beginning. He even helped them do it the four or five days they were in the house. They took a long time to do it. I would have liked him to come back out and inspect everything. He didn't do that. The flooring is beautiful.
