PhoneAxiom Express Device Repair

Phone Axiom on Wards Ferry in Lynchburg, VA. I recently took in my daughter's phone because the charge cord had to be wiggled to get it to charge. The phone was fully functional except for the charge port. They fixed the charge port, but when the phone was turned on half of the screen was gray static. They said they would replace the screen at no charge. After 3 days without the phone, the screen came in, but that was not the problem. They proceeded to tell me that everything looked perfect inside the phone and they did not know what happened to the screen. It must be the motherboard. My response was that it was working fine when we brought it in and now it is not. They said it was probably just a coincidence that it stopped working. They also told me that they had no idea what caused the screen to do it. They also told me they had googled what would cause it and how they could fix it. They told me there was nothing on google about the problem. Well, I googled it myself. It was not hard to find a response that said it was the digitizer. The glass piece that is attached to the LCD is the digitizer. Also, not only was the screen not working, the microphone no longer worked. Oh and the best thing is we had to pay Phone Axiom $70 to break the phone. I call the CEO of Phone Axiom twice and did not receive a response! They will never get my business again and I will make sure that every person I know is aware of how this place operates!
