The entire office/clinic makes you feel like you are a part of their hospital. They always address you by name, and are friendly, pleasant and kind - such a pleasure to be around. They’re excellent with my animals and always accommadating. DR. AL HENRY IS ABSOLUTELY A PHENOMENAL VET - I have never met a more caring, compassionate vet in my whole life. I have the highest degree of respect for The entire PVAH Staff!!!

While the staff there is typically very nice and helpful, the female vet I saw today was very condesending boarding on rude. I left the vet office feeling very upset. I am a foster parent for abandoned dogs and the way she was drilling me felt very uncomfortable and ver judgmental. I will really re-think my choice of vets in the future. I typically have good experiences at this vet and my hope is that she was just having a bad day. If i do return to this office I will request that I do not see this vet again. I am sorry I had such a terrible experience as the rest of the vets and staff are very nice.

DR. HENRY is absolutely wonderful with dogs and with people. He will patiently answer ALL questions and will tell, when asked, what he would do with his own beloved pets when a hard decision is being faced. His staff is great - very efficient and kind. Prices seem a little on the high side, but think most vets have gone up over the last few years. We highly recommend Dr. Henry.
