Cabinets - Reface

Insisted this was their quality standards. Pics will illustrate. - False drawers - screws were too long and drilled through the entire drawer plate. Installer tried to hide the holes with a substance that wiped away once I wiped down the door with a soft cloth and water. - Cabinet door handle was crooked and another hole needed to be drilled to straighten it. HPC wanted to evaluate the situation and make a third visit to replace the door if they determined it necessary - Glass cabinets - Glass was too thin. They used thin picture frame clips because the glass was not thick enough for standard retainers. The metal pieces were falling out and the glass shook when opening. Refused to replace the glass. See pics for the make-shift fix - Of 25 barcode stickers, 17 were screwed into the doors and drawers. They considered it inadvertent. - Several doors swung open too wide and hit the walls Refused to produce signature on WO that they said I signed. Took several emails to get them to agree

When my designer came, Baz, I was surprised on how polite and knowledgeable he is. We ended up picking a light gray for my cabinets, it went really well with my walls! His input in design was phenomenal, color matching etc. will recommend to my friends!

The My Home Project Center was perhaps the best customer experience I’ve ever had. It was a good installation and they were very fast. I’ve personally never seen a construction company install my kitchen faster than McDonald’s can make a McDouble but here we are!
