Master's Touch Tree Services

I made an appointment with Reese Kincaid (owner?) to come out and give me an estimate for trees to be cut down in my back yard. They were no-show--didn't even bother caking to cancel or reschedule. I was home all day--never left the house--so I didn't miss them.

We had a huge Maple tree that had to come down due to its proximity to our drain field. The crew arrived and accessed the area and the tree. After some thought they got to work immediately. EXTREMELY knowledgable and gear was cared for properly so they could do the work without hesitation or problems. Worked for several hours clearing and cutting the tree. From the truck and chipper to all the ropes and saws, EVERYTHING was well oiled and ran smoothly. Communication amongst to crew was superb. One man literally had to climb the tree to top it off while others on ground followed his direction. Saftey planning and positioning was key. Not only did they remove tree, but also cleaned up remaining saw duct and wood chips. Other than the big empty spot where the tree was one would never know we just had it taken down. Not a chip of tree left!!!!! if you have ANY tree work, PLEASE use The Masters Touch Tree service. They are absolutely true professionals!

I had two very large trees that were planted close to my home. Their branches hung way over to the middle areas of my roof. I knew I needed to be careful on which tree service company to choose. Although Masters Touch Tree Service was not the lowest quote, I felt that Reece was the most knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy his work. I am very happy with their service. His crew arrived both days at eight and did not leave until around five. They were very professional and caring when it came to all of my shrubs, trees and plants in my yard. They gently took down the huge trees, slowly and cautiously, not letting them just drop to the ground. They also cleared away some of the smaller trees that were over planted in my backyard. When finished, they raked up all the branches, twigs and made my yard cleaner than before. I would highly recommend Masters Tree Service.

This is the 3rd time we've used Master's Touch. Reece and his crew are professional and get the job done. These 3 trees were in the back corner of our property, and they had to use our neighbor's driveway (which our neighbors graciously consented to). There was not a stick in the yard when they were done. They are the only tree service we'll use.

It was okay. I felt the price was a little high for one very long day of work for several people but my husband thought it was what he expected. The owner was very personable and friendly. They did a good job of cleaning up and the trees look great.

I decided not to go with them. The estimate was around $1600 to $1800. I ended up using another company that quoted $700. There was a big difference. They were very responsive, punctual and professional. I would consider working with them in the future, but their pricing seems to be pretty high.

From the quote to the clean-up, Master's Touch did an excellent job. Very professional and polite. Clean-up was perfect. We had been busy and had not gotten the quote taken care of for a few weeks from when the tree fell. Reese was immediately concerned for our family's well-being with the possibility of the tree shifting. He same the next day after giving us the quote! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing tree service.

A large poplar tree was in a very tight spot right next to our home. Since it had already dropped two large branches that were the size of small trees, we decided it had to go. When I got the estimate to remove the tree I was very pleased that it was in line with what I had expected. It took a day longer than expected to complete the job, but that was because the tree was so large and so top heavy. I can tell you that the folks from The Master's Touch took care to protect our home and landscaping as they were removing the tree. I would recommend this company very highly to anyone needing tree work.
