Prompt, professional, efficient, affordable, and friendly service! After searching extensively for someone willing to come to Brookneal on short notice for a job that was needed in a quick time frame we found Maintenance Plus on Angie's List...THANK GOODNESS!! I called in the morning, they called back within an hour or so with an estimate and drove all the way down to complete the job by 4 that evening! They were lifesavers for us. To top off the pleasant business experience we were able to meet two very nice people. We would definitely recommend their service and would hire them again.

They were extremely careful to ensure that the doors were installed properly and with a great attention to detail. The front door installation required a good amount of extra work and time, but they completed the job with great results. I'm very happy with the final product. Total cost of project = $3,800 ($1,200 for labor and $2,600 for the doors and transom).

He came when he said he would for the bid. The bid was comparable to another bid I had. He and his crew came promptly whenever the late fall weather allowed. He and his crew were neat, respectful, helpful, friendly, competent. All work was completed as requested and he threw in a bit extra for free just to make the job look better. There were no additional costs. His crew cleaned up beautifully when they were finished. I couldn't be more pleased.

I have used Maintenance Plus several times over the years and, as always, they did a great job. They are quick to provide an estimate and schedule the work once estimate is accepted in a timely manner. They have always started on time and worked steadily to complete the project. I'm very pleased and will continue to contract with them and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Contracted with Maintenance Plus to paint all the exterior woodwork on my home, including wrap around porch, wood behind gutters, screened porch, all exterior doors. They pressure washed all the woodwork prior to painting, and also pressure washed brick walkways, brick porch and brick patio. Also had a pole lamp with a day/night sensor that stopped working, they replaced the sensor, which turned out not to be the problem. So they came back and cleaned out the fixture and got it working again. I have used Maintenance Plus many times before, and have always found them to be responsive, efficient and reasonable.

Prompt response to initial inquiry, convenient time to arrange an estimate (free), telephone estimated provided followed by written one. Work scheduled and they arrived on time. Worked performed was way beyond my capability and required skills, tools and ingenuity to accomplish.

Note: Pricing, their estimates were within reason but the actual job entailed unforeseen difficulties. They did the work at the agreed price. Another plus for professionalism.

Darren and Gwen did a wonderful job. They came up with creative solutions to fix several existing problems. They are meticulous and cleaned up the area every evening. If something needed additional fixing, they went ahead and fixed it. If it was going to involve any additional cost, they checked with us before doing it.
They were on time every day and immediately responsive to any of our questions.
This is the second time they have worked on our house (previous job was to paint exterior windows and trim) and we already have scheduled for them to return and paint our garage doors, shutters and front door.

I was extremely satisfied. They were professional and punctual except for once when they were delayed by a neighbor. They called to say they would come as soon as they could, and they did. I am happy to have found Maintenance Plus, and plan to call them again in the future.

only complaint was the time delay in starting a project. THey don't seem to be a finishing company, ie don't attend to all the small details but do the major work that we've requested them to do. Will probably use again.

Darrin and Gwen were, once again, great! They figured out the most effective attrictive and cost saving way to spruce up this space. They shopped and installed the door within a two day time period of being called and figuring out the fix. They are professional, neat, and very customer oriented! I highly recomment this efficient team for anyone who needs any work done on their home.

"I thought I was very patient with your special needs and working condition and only planned 3 day's of work but when we arrived you wanted to added some additional work like installing a door and painting the kitchen which we always wecome if known earlier I could have made you aware of our plans and scheduled you accorindingly.Thats why we gave you 4 hours of our time and are stuck with 2 gals of paint we purchased for your bath rooms. They were very responsive to my initial call and provided a thorough estimate of the cost of preparing and painting my home. Upon approval, scheduled the work in a timely manner and showed up at the appointed time. While the estimate was based on me providing the paint, the overall price was the lowest among the other paint contractors I contacted. The quality of the job was excellent and, although there was a misundurstanding as to the extent of the painting required during the estimate, they completed all painting to my satisfaction. My only suggestion to those contracting with them would be to consider providing a general sketch of all sections of your house to be painted as part of the contract in order to avoid confusion. Overall, however, great job at a great price!
