Lynchburg True Value always has friendly and helpful service personnel waiting to assist you in finding things when you enter the store. It's one of the few stores that actually has staff members waiting for you to arrive so they can help you! I often make multiple trips around Home Depot or Lowes because staff do not help and often don't even know where stuff is.
