Very reasonable prices. They were nice and efficent. I was pleased with them and would use them again.

My experience with them was a NIGHTMARE: I had water damage from a second floor window that leaked through the floor to the ceiling drywall above the kitchen. There was approximately 3-4" of damaged drywall on the ceiling. Before asking for their help, I assumed that it would take a couple of hours to make this repair. Since I had homeowners insurance, Kidd's gave me an outrageous bill of $1300 to fix this simple job, and they refused to repair the window that caused the water damage. Hence, I had another contractor (not Kidd's) fix the window (he charged me $50 for the whole window repair).Kidd's made at least 12 appointments to come. Each time they showed up late, or didn't show up at all (and didn't call to cancel); causing me a lot of inconvenience. Since their bill was extremely high, I asked them to include paint touch-up in another area of the kitchen ceiling and to do a really good clean up job, so that no mess would end up on my carpet or other places from drywall dust. It took months before they actually came to do the repair. It took one hour of their time, to do the repair and paint over it. They did not do the extra paint touch-up that I asked for, nor did they clean up the site. Dry wall dust was all over the floor and counter top when they had finished and left. I refused to pay the $1300 charge that they estimated. I agreed to pay $300 for one hour of sloppy work. The manager accepted my payment for $300 and yelled at me, after I handed him the check; he yelled at me and told me never to ask for their service again. Believe me, I have no desire to return.

After they finished the job I called them up and explained everything they missed to the owner which at the time was a female. She told me that she didn't have the time to come back and correct the work that was missed. She was very nasty over the phone and I told her that I would only pay half. She got really angry and I told her to take me to court that I would she her there with my husband who is a lawyer. I never heard him her again.
