Fine. Took care of all on both cars. Was very nice to show me what had to be done on Malibu - have to take front body panels loose to access bulbs - not just a reach in behind lights type of replacement. Good service and timely for both. Fair price for service.

About 2 years ago, I bought 4 Cooper tires from Kerr Tire, then had to replace one of them as my wife drove up on a curb and damaged the sidewall. One of the other 3 developed a slow leak, so I took it back to Kerr to try and fix it. They said they didn't find a leak, but tightened the valve stem. A week later, the tire was still leaking, so I took it back again. This time, they found a very small leak along the bead between the tire and the rim, so they removed the tire, remounted it, rebalanced it, and replaced the valve stem. They charged me $25 for a flat repair. While I appreciated the time and effort they put into finding the leak, I really don't think I should have been charged $25 for a flat repair. After all, I bought the tire from them, and they mounted it, so if there was a problem, I think they should have covered it. Especially since the tires came with lifetime balancing and rotation. Anyway, $25 isn't going to break me, and they did eventually resolve the issue, so I don't have any real complaints.

They put on new tires and aligned them. I had called for a quote and time estimate a few days before and they were very accommodating to my schedule. The service provider was very professional and helpful.

They were not timely in doing the work or getting our car returned to us. Customer service left much to be desired. Shortly afterwards we had issues with the new tires. It was not pleasant to attempt to get that situation worked out.

Fine but wanted to change air filters and a few other items. Didn't really need it. Most places will want you to do more than is necessary.

For about eight years I have gone to no other auto service place most of that time and if I did it was only because I was out of town. These people not just do the job but they offer something that is almost impossible to find in many places...customer service. They will pick the car up if needed and tow it or start it and drive it away to see to whatever it might need. If extreme costs can be avoided, they will see to it. Yes, they do want to have a steady stream of business but they will still do their best to be as fair as possible and just the service they give a customer will keep me going there over and over or anything the car might need to keep it on the road for as many miles or years I want from it. Transmissions, oil changes, tires, and more. Oh....the A/C. Kerr is the only place that is worth the little of money I could afford to spend on this old white beast of a car I drive.

Yes...the first car died pretty fast but it was a tough bit of news. It was hard to give up a Caddy. Still, Kerr was honest with the transmission problems going on or the computer in the car.

The Caravan was even purchased from Kerr and has been on the road and reliability coming from the car I owe in part to Kerr since I made it clear that I wanted to keep it on the road as long as I could. Any time I brought that car in for inspections, the little things that didn't cost an arm and leg were done within the limits of my budget. They have bent over backwards to help and be totally honest and good what they do.

I have been to Kerr tire before they treat women very respectful.Theygave me a detailed account of what I need. When I took the car in they got right to it.And when I went back the next day the car was ready.And there were no extra charges or any problems.And the car runs great.

They lost the key and cost me to be 20 minutes late to meet with the guy. They caused both the guy buying the vehicle and myself to be late because they misplaced the key for 15-20 minutes. They were not very professional. I don't think I would ever go back to them.

Pretty well, didn't have an appointment, but they got me in and out in less than an hour. Alerted me to the fact that I was overdue for an oil change, but didn't pressure me to have it done there. Professional and courteous, but not overly friendly.

I have purchased tires from these guys several times. They are not always the lowest price, but they understand what service means. I recently needed new tires on a truck prior to a trip out of town. They originally quoted a date that would not work, but after I explained my situation, they rearranged some other work to help me get my tires in time for my trip. I have not dealt with the other Kerr Tire locations, but the guys at this shop are always very courteous and professional.
