Ceramic Tile Service
I ordered pretty expensive tile and decorative pieces also. The workmen showed up and just started tiling the walls, when I peeked in I noticed that no decorative pieces had been put in yet. He did not know about the design I ordered and did not have the pieces to install!!! Wait another day for them to come in. The floor was started and again not enough cement board. Wait another day for that. While working this guy whistled the whole time (very annoying) and kept going outside to smoke. He would install 2-3 tiles go smoke come back install 2-3 tiles go smoke. All day!!! The job took way to long. When completed I had to have the manager come take a look and he had to redo almost the entire area behind the sink. It was all uneven and sticking out. The people in the store were very rude to my husband. Do not use them to install. They have nice tile to buy and I have bought there but would never hire them to install. Go to The Floor Show, they are great.
