Even though I've not yet used his services I would certainly recommend that he and his company be included on the short list of service providers.
One minor miscommunication appeared as if it would derail the installation schedule, but Fred worked tirelessly to overcome the problem, and the schedule was met with time to spare. I think most providers would have simply thrown up their hands and told me that there was nothing that they could do. Thanks Fred!
