Excellent service and very professional.  Did rekeys on two locks for $78.  He took time making things right.  Will call them again.

The locksmith arrived as scheduled, did a careful job of installing the lock, and completed the tasks within a timely manner. He was very personable and  did a thorough job of cleaning up.

I would recommend them. This is the second time I've used them; I've used them about 20 years ago for the first deadbolt.

I was pleased and everything was there. The price was reasonable and they were clean. He took care of it and it was fine so I have to be thankful for that.

Installed a deadbolt lock in one entry door, and repaired a second lock in another door. Everything went smoothly and exactly as requested. Cleaned up; left everything neat.

Adam was the technician and he was very nice, very polite, and got right to work. All the doors were different as one was an antique door, one was a new door, and the other was an interior door. He installed them all perfectly as if they were new and with no spaces. The quality of work was excellent. He was swift and timely. It was a pleasure to have to him do the work.

Terrific experience. Very courteous when called for estimates. When called back to go with them very friendly and prompt Scheduled visit in couple of days. Said they would call before coming to the house, they did and showed up on time. Locksmith was knowledgeable, friendly and quick. Cost was just what they had told me. I would definitley use again.

Second time we have used Hawkins. Thay are always friendly on the phone and come out either the same day or the next day. Professional and quick. Will use them again.
