Five-Star Automotive has been the service shop I've gone to for almost all mechanical services for the past 15 years. They are always competent, friendly, quick, and reasonably priced.

Excellent service, and they always have your vehicle ready when it's supposed to be. I highly recommend them.

I am not very happy with the overall experience with 5 star automotive. I have made three visits to them for repairs. On the first visit they were suppose to install water pump, timing belt, crank seal, cam seal and change oil. My vehicle is still leaking oil from somewhere. I just am not sure from where. I was charged for an oil change that I never received. Within a week the service light came back on so I stopped by the garage to talk to them about it. The hooked the machine to it and turned it off again. He told me then that I needed an O2 sensor so I made an appointment to have that installed. That takes me to my second visit when 5 Star installed an O2 sensor for me. About a week later the service engine light came on again!! So I made an appointment to have the second O2 sensor because my van has two. I made another appointment to have the second O2 sensor installed. I took my van at the time and on the day I was told to be there. I left it there all day with the understanding that it would be ready by 5 pm. I went back to pick up my vehicle at 5 pm that day to find out that it was still sitting where I had parked it that morning. He told me when I asked why it had not been
repaired that day ... his answer was ... I didn't get to it!! After spending $745.00 combined for all of my visits I still have to find someone to repair it for me!! I WOULD NOT recommend Five Star Automotive to anyone!!
