She was professional in her demeanor yet very warm in her communication & interactions with us, patiently walking us through all our questions in the purchase of our rental property. I personally am not quick with numbers for loans & the compassion she communicated to me regarding that matter alone gave her lots of bonus points in my eyes. : ) She quoted us the best rates for a mortgage & deserves an award for quickly getting our loan through the busy Christmas/New Year season. We are happy to report that she was able to get us to the settlement table on the date we set in our purchase agreement. It was a pleasure working with April & I highly recommend her.
