My manager called at 3pm on a Thursday, when we realized an exterior hose bib had frozen and burst. The call went to Voice mail, but the owner returned the call within 10 minutes. They were not able to come immediately but scheduled to come the next morning. (This valve only leaked when you turned it on) They arrived by 9:30 am the next morning. They had to cut an access hole through the drywall in a storage closet to access the pipe. They replaced the damaged pipe and installed a cut off valve inside and installed a prefabbed panel to cover the access hole. They also put a rebuild kit in a 2nd hose bib faucet and replaced a 3rd boiler type valve that had been stripped. They didn't leave any mess and presented a detailed invoice. Very professional and nice guys to boot! I thought the invoice total of $268.00 for parts and labor was very reasonable.
I have used Drains R Us 4 or 5 times for both minor drain unclogging and more involved plumbing issues. They have always been professional and pleasant to do business with... they do high quality work at very reasonable rates.
