We were very pleased with them. We were pleased with the price on that and how quickly they did the job. It was a very large job in my estimation, and they did a very good job very quickly. They explained everything to me, so that I could understand everything. They wanted to make sure that we understood everything that was going on. I thought it was a very good price. I could not actually say anything about the effectiveness of the treatment because I don't know whether it did or did not work at this point because I really can't say. I can't evaluate it; I haven't had any more holes in the wall. But I have not been able to evaluate it; it will probably take years before I can tell whether or not the treatment works. I definitely would recommend them.

Both the inspector/estimator and the service professional were very knowledgable, friendly, and able to answer all my questions. One minor issue was handled quickly without any problems. I feel assured that the job was completed correctly and that Dodson stands behind their work. All appointments were met on time and as promised.

Service staff was friendly, prompt and provided good recommendations on pest control and prevention. We have been pleased with the service.

Payments are made quarterly and service times are every other month. Professional and courteous.

They have been very good. We pay an annual fee. They let us know before they come. They are prompt and thorough. We like that they don't take a lot of time when they are at the house. He's a good old boy. We've used him for years and plan to continue.

The technician name was David and I couldn't have asked for a more professional job. Well pleased. I also signed up for their pest control service. I would definitely recommend them and I'm picky.

Rob was the technician and he did a fine job. He is very conscientious and careful in his work. I have had a lot of experience with him. He has treated my house for termites in the past and had installed improved crawlspace vents two years ago. He always does a quality job. I also thought that the price was reasonable. I have been very pleased with Dodson Brothers.

Overall, I was quite pleased with Dodson, and will use them again.
